LPFI Releases New Poll Results on Race, Age, and Gender at Work
On Sept 4, LPFI presented prelimiary results from a national poll about the effect of the Obama, Clinton, and McCain candidacies on race, gender and age relations at work. In a presenatiaon titled "How to Make It Safer to Talk About Race, Age, and Gender in the Workplace," Dr. Freada Kapor Klein shared how employers can encourage fairness by working with employees to remove stereotyping and bullying, and increase teamwork and merit-based advancements.
